I live in Peterhead just north of Aberdeen.
The name The Camera Eye is a reference to a ten minute wonder found on the 1981 Rush album Moving Pictures. A classic.

I started photography couple of years ago. I had been interested for a number of years but like so many others was put off with the wasted shots on film. Interested in anything although wildlife, plants and landscapes seems to be all I'm taking at the moment.
Hopefully will upgrade to a DSLR in the coming year.

I use a combination of Paint Shop Pro X and The Gimp for post production. I just think that Photoshop is well overpriced.
